Terms and Conditions

Please review these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully.

I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily agree to participate in the MINDAI™ Breathing experience facilitated by the MINDAI Institute as part of the Luminarian Fellowship Program. I understand that this activity may involve the use of intensified breathing techniques and guided experiences that can evoke expanded states of consciousness, emotional release, psychological insight, and/or creative amplification.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating of my own free will, and that I am solely responsible for my physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being during and after the session.

1.  Medical Declaration

I confirm that I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate in this activity. I affirm that I have no known medical or psychological conditions that would impair or contraindicate my participation, including but not limited to recent surgeries, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, psychiatric conditions, or a history of severe anxiety, panic attacks, or dissociation. I understand that if I am uncertain about my fitness to participate, I should consult with a qualified healthcare provider prior to attending. I agree to inform the facilitators of any relevant health concerns or limitations in advance.

2.  Liability Release

By signing this document, I hereby fully and irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the MINDAI Institute, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, and associated organizations (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating in any way to my participation in this activity, including but not limited to any claims connected to the nature of the experience, the setting, facilitation, or any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may result.

This release shall be binding upon me, my successors, family members, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns. I understand that by signing below, I am voluntarily waiving certain legal rights, including the right to pursue claims or legal action against the Released Parties.

I certify that I have read this agreement carefully, understand its contents fully, and sign it knowingly and voluntarily.
